Ben Sanders

b. 1989, Arcadia, CA

Ben Sanders is a multidisciplinary artist based in Los Angeles. His work often revolves around food. In addition to making paintings, sculptures, murals, and installations for exhibitions, he is a co-founder of the collective, Happy Hour Agency, which builds large installations that come to life as fully functioning secret cocktail bars. He also makes work for a select number of commercial clients, from craft breweries to The New York Times. His work has been exhibited throughout the country, most recently at Gagosian Gallery in Los Angeles, Asya Geisberg in New York, and Carl and Sloan in Portland. He has shown internationally in London and Vancouver.
